The number, on the face

A 22 × 15 mm LCD. Temperature and status at the dock, the plant, or the receiving desk — without unlocking a phone or finding a PC.

A second sensor — pick one

Optional probe, one per logger: a sharp temperature needle into the fruit for pulp / core (the reading cold-treatment and steri lanes ask for), or a temperature-humidity probe. Not both.

Phone and USB still there

Scan with the App, or plug in — PDF and CSV write on board in about 14 seconds, no software install. Start from the button or the App. If someone forgets, Silent Records keeps a factory backup CSV.
